Late order and bad customer service

<p>I am very Dissatisfied with Debonairs, i placed an order online for debonairs in Grosvenor in Bryanston, I placed an order online at 12h56pm I called the store to find out what was happening with the order and was informed that they had a delay, a manager would call me...which i would like to note he never did.. My order only arrived at 14h18pm... when my order arrived eventually the pizza was cold and the delivery Man did even wait for me to come fetch the order he just left my order at the reception area didn't even leave a receipt or apologize for the order being late... this is ridiculous... ,What i would like to know is why on their website did they not indicate that they have a delay of 1 hour i would have made other plans, not the kind of service i expected from debonairs..
