Late order

Last night I had to wait for almost 2 hours for an order which I didn't get, I had to call the store to inquire about it coz the app showed me that the driver Thabo was out to deliver my order,an hour passed again and was told he is on his way,but never arrived. It was at 21:13 when I was fed up and canceled the order.
