late delivery plus attitude from manager

We calles debonairs belhar and placed an order for delivery. Two large pizzas. After waiting for more than 90 minutes the driver arrives with only one pizza and to top it off it was cold. He then called the branch and said he still needs to make another delivery and then fetch the other one. It was already 21h40 at the time and we placed the order 19h50. He then left the pizza with us and we immediately called the branch requesting an explanation and advising them of the cold pizza...taken into account their famous quality promise. We were met with an arrogant manager wanting us to wait another 90 minutes for other pizzas..we then said we dont want anything from them anymore and requested that the driver fetch the pizza. Im highly disgusted by the treatment and manner in which the query was handled. And I wilk make it known about the lies and poor service <br> delivery received. I was left explaining to my kids why they could not have pizza. They should really just fire that staff as this treatment is unacceptable period.
