Late delivery on a paid up pizza
Yesterday i went to buy two pizza's at debonairs Grahamstown instore for delivery at 20:35.I was told the delivery will take 45 min which i agreed and left the store to wait for my pizza.And 50 minutes later the pizza had not arrived so i gave the store a call to enquire i was told the pizza has been sent out for delivery.After 30 mintutes the pizzas had not arrived i called again and i was told the same thing.After 30 mintutes again the pizzas did not arrive.At this point i am dead hungry and so disappointed on the service that i got from the franchise.I choose pizza from debonairs because its fresh and delivery is timeous but after yesterdays incident i am not so sure anymore.The delivery did come at 22:010 to be exact.This is really not acceptable.
