Late delivery of cold pizzas

It was my granddaughter birthday and all she wanted was pizza. So we went through the trouble to go to your springsgate branch and order the pizzas and pay for it to ensure that the pizzas would be delivered on time. My wife arranged with Adam to have the pizzas delivered at 17:30. They assured us that it will be delivered in time. Needless to say the pizzas only arrived after 6 and as indicated on the boxes, all the dots were black, indicating that the pizzas were cold, which they was. I for one don’t eat debonair pizzas as I had similar experience before but because my granddaughter wanted it for her birthday I agreed. What a shame that you have to give kids cold pizzas and they had to wait for it!! This customer is totally u acceptable!! I have pictures of the boxes . My wife had to phone them twice to find out where the delivery is and eventually my son in law had to go and look for them only to find the driver on his way but the box where the pizzas were kept was wide open so of course it would arrive cold.
