Late Delivery (no refund)

On Wednesday, 07-April-21 I ordered Pizza online (Debonairs Website). I choose the closest place which is PAN Mall (Alexandra). The order was done around 11:59 with an ETA of 1hr (Delivery time set at 12:55). I waited for over an hour and no delivery. Around 1.25pm the store called me to advise that they are awaiting the delivery guy. Once he arrives he will collect pizzas for another delivery (i would be part of that). I advised the lady that my lunch is almost over and that she needs to cancel the order and refund me. She advised that refund will take 24hrs. Its now more than 24hrs and no refund.
