Late Delivery, No Feedback

We ordered in last week and the pizza came nearly 2 hours later. After refusing to pay, we went to the store and got no assistance from the store manager at all. A complaint was then logged the following day on Facebook and all we've been getting since then is empty promises that we will be contacted.<br> <br> As mentioned, my initial thought was that it was the branch that was messing up a good brand... but after this experience it's clear that the branch is only catching tips from the brand HO.<br> <br> Clearly Famous Brands doesn't give a damn about what their branches are doing. Wondering if I should get in contact with Mr Hedderwick or Mr Hele before they wake up.<br>
