Late delivery / no delivery
Placed an order at Southgate franchise for large pizza, 2 litre Fanta g**** and pop it on 29.01.2016. Order was placed around 7pm and eventually arrived 8h45 - after consistently calling trying to found out reason for the delay. Was advised that they only had 2 drivers and inundated by orders. Delivery guy showed up with order missing pop itz. He advised that I pay for everything as he will be bringing the pop itz within 30 mins max. Oh that never happened. Called the franchise on Sunday to enquire about this and was put through to the manager who claimed she can't hear me, funny cause could hear her. She took down my numbers promising to callback immediately, that never happened. <br> <br> So can some follow up on this as I find this extremely appalling and dissapointing from a brand I hold so dearly. I wonder what the Halamandris brothers and Kevin will say about this
