LATE DELIVERY HAD TO WAIT THREE HOURS FOR MY PIZZA

I called at 14:02 place an order , spoke to a guy cant recall his name. I asked how long will it take he said 45 minutes - an hour. <br> <br> I called again after 15:30 they said my order is on the way. <br> <br> I received a call at 15:47 from a guy and I was told the driver is new and is not fami**** with my area (Naledi ) I gave directions from Shoprite to my house which take 5 minutes. <br> <br> 16:18 I followed up AGAIN and now a different story was told to me , that one of their driver had an accident and they had to send another driver to bring our orders. <br> <br> I had to wait and the driver only came at 17:30 to deliver , three hours I had to wait and there was no apology from anyone from the shop , management nothing and for me to be the one calling for updates. I got a bad service and I don't think I will go to JABULANI MALL Debonairs. BAD SERVICE AT ITS BEST. <br> <br>
