late delivery from debonairs belhar

I'm very disappointed with debonairs belhar, last night at 20:20 on the 31-01-2020 i ordered a pizza triple decker chicken it was just over an hour my order did not arrive then i messaged the agent yo ask how long it will still be but got no response then i called and the person i spoke to was so rude over the phone and said if i dont have patience then i should just cancel and all i wanted to know was how long it will be then i decided to wait 2 hours went by and still nothing then eventually the delivery guy came and i said i did not want it anymore cause i was so dissatisfied with there service and he also had an attitude, i always order from debonairs belhar but for the first time they really disappointed me.
