Late delivery/Delivery person lost food on route

Morning. Last night I ordered with Debonaire's APP. Got called to confirm order. After 1 hour I phone to check whats up with my order. Get told that it will take another 10 minutes. Eventually the delivery person arrives, to discover he lost my order on route?.<br> <br> I have noticed that the Franchisee of the Debonaire's Queenswood also owns a Fishway and Steers, all next to each other and has a single manager for the three stores. Service at all three Franchises has been going downhill steadily. Recently insisted on a refund at the Steers and walked out after 40minutes (about 5 people asked refunds and left). It seems as if they are in Financial trouble at these 3 Franchises, fridges are almost empty, they are seriously understated and the single manager does not give attention to the Franchises. Famous brands should check the performance of the 3 Franchises, and close them. <br> <br> Best of all is I got phoned at +- 20:45 telling me the driver had a accident, could they deliver my pizzas the next day?
