Late delivery & Damaged Food
I'm sad to have to complain about the service I've received from your Banbury Crossing branch. I place an order 18:18 by 19:18 I have still not received the order I phoned them and they said the driver should be here any minute as he has already left. By 19:48 I phoned again as i have still not received the order. They pitched 19:55 with ice cold food and the popits we order looked disgusting. Looked like someone threw up over it. Extremely unhappy with the service.
