Late delivery- cold pizza - mushed together pizza

I ordered a R460 meal for del at my house 7.4km from debonairs at the islands done this before but never had this shocking service. Placed the order at 17:45 del was told would be 45 min well after an hour i phoned manager really not helpful does not know how to deal with the complaint. My food was delivered at 19:15 ice cold and pizza in some boxes mulched together - this is not the service i have ever received or expected - highly disappointed in the service ols.let me know the outcome order nr was 315
