Late delivery busy laughing while I'm on the call.

I ordered my pizza at 19:30 from Diepkloof square Debonairs pizza. It's 22:10 now and we haven't received our own. When we call them the employees are busy laughing and having their own conversation. I don't recommend anyone to order from them ,they have a very bed service. They say that we must wait outside and look for the car. When I look at their app or website the app say no single we can't track the driver. When we speak to the manager she also doing the same thing.
