Late delivery; Awful Cold Pizza

I have never received such bad service from any food outlet. I made an online order yesterday at exactly 4pm for Jabulani Mall. I called the call centre at 17:22 and was told that my order is on the way. I received a call from the driver at 17:47 asking ((confirming) for my address. The driver arrived at 19:25. More than 3 hours after my actual order. The pizza was obviously very cold and tasted very awful. This is terrible service from the whole team. Order ***3
