Late delivery and stone cold pizza on delivery on Reference: #156203
<p>I ordered pizza online and chose Debonairs Pizza Shell Newclare Shell Garage, Cnr Price and Commando Street, Newclare, Johannesburg. The pizza was delivered after almost an hour and the pizza was stone cold. I didn't realize that the pizza was cold because we collected the pizza outside in the dark, but we only realized that the dot was black and the delivery guy was gone already. How do I get the pizza free if it's it was delivered cold. What method do I use to complain and how do I get the pizza free on delivery if the dot is black? Oh by the way, I hate cold pizza.</p>
