Late Delivery And Short order

i have used your online ordering system and placed an order with your branch in kensington johannesburg and the order arrives 1 hour after it being placed and when i called the store the lady conveniently tells me that the 40 minutes advertised on the website does not work, well simply put if that is the case then that is called FALSE ADVERTISING and guess what that can lead to legal action against your brand. right back to the matter at hand after getting my order well over an hour after it was placed the driver then gives us one pizza short but takes the full amount after calling the shop the lady then tells me she will send another one but she does not know how long it will take i will just have to wait.<br> <br> well in short let me put it in a way that maybe your brand managers will understand<br> I WAS YOUR CUSTOMER.<br> <br> I WILL DRIVE RIGHT PAST AND WILL ORDER FROM SCOOTERS WICH IS A FEW METERS AWAY FROM YOUR KENSINGTON STORE.
