Late delivery and rude driver

Placed order online at Jabulani malls debonairs pizza at 15:15 and order arrived at 18:48 cold,dry and incorrect as I requested speed point no speed point driver was very rude and arrogant saying it’s not his fault he couldn’t arrive earlier and his on duty I shouldn’t waste his time with my complain.i kept calling the call center said there is no phone at the shop and they will contact manager waited for managers call still no call from manager.the driver has no sense of emergency he was busy laughing displaying rudeness.called till it was out of office hours been talking to a guy called Terrance from call center
