Late delivery and rude delivery guy

Yesterday 29/02/2016 i called Debonairs Palm Springs at Orange Farm at around 17:03 I ordered for the double Pizza amounting to R120.00 for delivery and requested the driver brings a speed point( i have always ordered with them and requested a speed point) order was done they usually take about an hour to deliver, i waited until 19:30 pm to enquire about my delivery was told its coming I called again some to 8:00 was told that my order was still at the store and they could not get hold of their delivery guy i should wait mind you this was dinner for my family I called again past 8:00 again i am still told that the delivery guy is still not back yet asked them will i get my order since they close at 8:30 was told yes keep in mind its a school night my kids should be preparing to go to bed not waiting for their supper my husband finally said lets cancel his going to go buy something else at the mall cause we were hungry i called the store at 20:35 to cancel and they said fine. at around 21:45 we are woken up by a noisy hooter of a scooter by the gate since i had cancelled i thought we not going out the driver calls me i told him i had cancelled the order and his just rude to me
