Late delivery and not satisfying pizza

I placed an order at 16:00 for delivery scheduled for 18:30 online at Debonairs Dobsonville- Messi Park. I tried phoning them to find out where my order was around 18:10. Their phone lines do not go straight to the, eventually they phoned me back to confirm the address at 18:30. I waited till 19:50 to receive my order and worse part of all was that my pizza did not have enough filling. i could see the base of what was meant to be a pizza. What was delivered to me was really not what i had ordered. Even the delivery guy saw and also confirmed this by saying they were rushing it. I am really not pleased about how they prepare our food. This is not the first incident and i have always been so understanding but this time i needed to say something.
