Late delivery and no answer at customer care

Waited more than 1 and half hours for my food. Tried calling the branch and phone kept cutting out. Called customer care twice with no answer. When my food finally came it was delivered by a cab driver who had no idea how to get to my house... then upon trying to pay for my food their card machine does not work...shocking.
