LATE DELIVERY AND MISOGYNISTIC DRIVER!

On the 25th August 2017, i placed an online order for delivery at the Daveyton sesfikile square. I received confirmation of my order and that it was being prepared at 18:15. I called the store numerous times and it didn’t even ring, i checked the time and realised that it was 20:45 and decided to drive to debonairs and fetch my order , as i was about to leave the driver got there. at 20:45??? from 18:15 when i placed my order, 2 and a half hours? i approached the driver at my gate and asked him why they took 2 and a half hours to deliver my order, he immediately started giving me attitude and shouted at me and banged on my gate, luckily I was inside the yard and he seemed afraid of my dog so he couldn't come inside the yard. he specifically said that "you women are not the only customer at debonairs, I did you a favour by coming this side before going to deliver anywhere else, just because you ordered online doesn't make you special" I then told him that I was going to take it up with the head office, he didn't seem to care or even listened to what i was saying, he then demanded the money before giving me my order. i refused and he kept shouting give me the money first! I threatened to leave the food and he would be left to explain why the order had returned and he then gave me the order and demanded a tip as he did me a "favour" i paid exactly what my bill was and entered my home, leaving him screaming at the gate that i shouldn't buy from debonairs if I can’t wait for my order. This is extremely disgusting behaviour from a debonairs driver, how are such ill-mannered people hired? does debonairs not screen their employees? Telephones not being picked up let alone rings, waiting almost 3 hours for an order! And to top it all off my food gets delivered by an rude, misogynistic driver?! Wow what disgusting behaviour and service
