Late delivery and lies

It's disgraceful that you let a client wait fo two hours for delievery then the pizza shows hot then not even 15 sec later it shows not!!! I placed a order online, then advised I do not have my phone with me and that the delivery guy should come o the second floor. I then got my phone as I was bout to go i into a meeting. I saw calls from a unknown number called back and spoke to a guy t strand street debonairs. He said let me call you back. I waited for 30 mins then called and the guy said 10 mins. I waited for another 30 mins and called back spoke to a woman and she said the manager would call me. I am still waiting on a call back! I work in the customer service industry and this is not the quality service that you should provide. I'm so upset as I always order and the delivery guy comes to security at the building. But this time the delivery guy decided to stand in the street and not even attempt to enter the building!!!!!
