late delivery and half the order forgotten

Last night 25.03.2015 I phoned Debonairs in elspark to get food deliverd to my home! Firstly I was told that my food would be at my place in 40 to 45 min. Which did not happen it Only got there after an hour. And then half of the order was not there as they fogot it at the shop! So my child could not eat the food she wanted. It only got to my place another 20min later. Then I phone headoffice who informs me the regeonal manager and shop owner would be informd! Now today! 26.03.2015 I get a phone call from some one at the store who can only speak 4 words \ O WE ARE SORRY". If this is how you treat a customer that has been supporting you every 2 weeks for the past 6 years then I will find another place to support like delforons wich is a block away and also delivers! Maybe they will sort out a 10 rand discount of my next order when they ***** up instead of a bad we sorry you as Debonairs want my business not me yours and I will now word of mouth wil show how sorry I am that I ever spent any money at this store!"""
