Late delivery and cold pizza

I ordered pizza from the Evaton the pizza was delivered two hours later, extremely cold, boxes dirty and the pizza looked like it had been falling. When I returned it at the store I was told that they don't do refunds. I got no apology at from the manager instead he gave me an excuse that they were busy.
