Late delivery and cold pizza

Invoice Nr 4431 Order Date 12 January 2018 Order Time 19:19 This was so far the worst service ever from Debonairs. The Upington store doesn't take online orders , you can only phone them. Lets phone them , look on the website they only give the call centre number. Call the call centre 1st time & they give the wrong number , 2nd time they tell me they don't have the Upington Debonairs number on their system. How must I order if nobody has their number? Friend gave me the number. Place the order at 19:19 the cashier told me that the order will take 35 minutes for delivery. I call the branch at 20:30 to query my order , sorry the drivers is busy. No one called to say that the order will be late due to drivers being busy. The order is only delivered at 20:50. The red dot is still red on delivery , but the pizza and the bread ripper is cold. Called the manager on duty , he just said the the drivers was busy. If the drivers is busy update the client that order is delayed.Waiting 1.5 hours for an pizza order is unacceptable
