Late delivery and cold food

Good morning. Yesterday I had a very bad experience at Debonairs pizza mabopane square, I ordered a pizza online then realized I ordered for collection then I called for delivery and the lady who answered the phone took my address and said I'll get my delivery after 45 minutes, then 1hour 30 minutes later I had to call again to ask about my delivery as they promised it's gonna be delivered 45 minutes later but they told me they gonna get back to me. After 15minutes the lady called me to tell me I must come and collect my food as they don't have drivers, I disagreed then 30min later some guy called me and asked what time am I coming to collect my pizza coz it's been there for too long and I told him I asked for delivery, 15minutes later after the called the delivery came and the food was cold and not appetizing and am very much disappointed coz I waited more than 2hrs for me to get my food.
