Late delivery and bad attitude
I ordered a pizza at 630 and it only got delivered just a little before 9pm after several calls by myself seeking an explanation Note: I live 4km from the outlet. The worst was when I told them I was cancelling the order, they responded with a really bad attitude and told me I couldn't do that...the pizza was late, kids were sleeping by the time it arrived and pizza was cold.
