Late Delivery and

I am reporting poor service from Debonairs Empangeni, as I have had a number of bad experiences with the outlet. My first poor encounter was when I waited 2 and a half hours for my pizza to be delivered to my house, which is a 5 minute drive from the outlet, and I still paid for my pizza's, despite the fact that you're advertising of the \hot or not\" sticker.. The second occurrence happened a week or so after the first poor encounter, and that was the fault of you're call centre, It took me an hour to eventually make my order correct.<br> <br> Needless to say I will never support Debonairs again, because It actually takes a lot of my time and effort.<br> Please note this did not happen today.<br> "
