Late delivery always and no navigator

Debonairs heidelberg mall service is useless and this thi g that you go through the call centre to place your order 1st is inconveniencing. I placed an online order for pizza and a soft drink at 12:45 its 14:41 as i am writing this now and i still havent received my food. The kids are hungry and restless because we have to wait a full 2 hours for food,how stupid is that. The manager always when you ask where your order,he will tell you the same thing " its out,my driver just went out" and hour later his driver is still on the way mind you i live 5,7km from the mall. Your service is rediculous and i dont know why you had to accommodate other locations near the township if we always have to wait 2 hours for food to arrive and i certainly doubt in town they have to wait this long.
