Late Delivery
I placed my order at 19h20 on the 21st of December 2015 however it was delivered a few minutes before 21h00. The person who took the order wrote the incorrect address as she sounded distracted while she was on the phone with me. The delivery guy called & requested me the customer to return the call. Is it not policy that a delivery after 45 minutes is free? Why did I have to pay for my order?
