Late delivery

So because I was struggling with my Uber eats app I decided to order pizza directly from the Debonairs website and paid online and while tracking my order ETA was 12:29 I went to gate and wanted no driver, I track it again it order delivered please rate the service like how though I call the store Alex Mall with no assistance,I called 5 times and after almost 2 hours my order was delivered,cold,messed and driver's excuse is that he too many orders...I'm disappointed at the staff especially Thandeka and the manai Nosipho...they just made hate your shop
