Late Delivery

Good day, my kids and I ordered Pizza online at 7pm on the 24th because that is what my kids wanted for supper. We received no correspondence to say how far our pizza was. The pizza arrived 2 and a half hours later which we returned back because after 1:30 we then decided to order KFC which arrived in 45 minutes. You should have seen the disappointment on my kids faces. I sent an online complaint on the debonairs site and to date I have not received correspondence nor an apology from them. One does not even have to wait 2 hours at a restaurant to get an ordered meal. The least Debonairs could have done was to send out communication to say that there could be a delay , not to just go mum on us and expect us to assume that the pizza is still on it's way.

That was really dissapointing service :(
