late delivery
they delivered my food an hour 15 min later than the eta. i had an urgent meeting to attend and i had to miss my meeting and its cost me a big loss of income due to this i have my own business and the client cancelled my job due to this delay now who will compensate me for this.service is absolutely terrible and they had the nerv to tell me that the food is hot jus pay for it
