Late delivery

<p>I placed an order at 18:45 at debonairs pizza at Chris hani crossing mall , and when I called them 19:45 asking them why I haven't received my order they said there are no driver's at the moment. Then called them again 20:15 to cancel my order they said my order is coming. Apparently the took the whole 2 hour which is not acceptable at all
