Late Delivery

I am so disgusted I was not going to write this on Hello Peter but after the manager/supervisor from Debonairs HUNG UP ON ME while I was still speaking to her, I just had to. Firstly there was an incident with the driver who said he didn't have change he will bring back our change with his next delivery is in the area, which never happened as we had to call the shop and complain only then our change came. today we ordered Pizza at 12:12 an hour later we called back to check if our order was still coming they told us the driver had already left, when the driver got here only at 13h21pm the red hot sign was already turning black, and im telling the driver the sticker has turned black and he wanted to prove to me that the pizza is still hot, but im showing him the hot or cold sticker by his company, not knowing the process and not wanting to waste any of my time and argue with him at my workplace, I paid him, as he was telling me he has many other orders to attend to, I called the store and they tell me i was not supposed to have paid, right how am i suppose to know that if your own driver is not co-operative??? this is by far the worst customer service experience i have had with
