Late deliveries and terrible food

<p>I placed my order at 18:30 tonight but I only got my food at 20:30 and the pizza was cold and dry when I received it, they didn't even have the decency to call me and inform me that they were delaying, I had to call them a number of times and they kept telling me that the driver was 5minutes away while they were lying. </p>
