Late Cold delivery

<p>Today, 12 Jul 2017, at 12:28 my order was confirmed at Debonaires Sasolburg, which was only one pizza and a 2 liter cooldrink. I called the store twice, they told me the food was ready, but not collected by delivery yet. Only at 13:36 was my food delivered, late and cold with the Hot or Not dot black, which means it should be free according to the policy. I paid and told the delivery guy that he was late. He mentioned that he was very busy and he was sorry. This is not acceptable, and my family and I would be changing to a different restaurant. </p>
