Late , cold , and phone drops

Hi, So i ordered 3 real deal pizzas and a regular sub via online and pay, with a tip included. After 1 hour i decided to phone the store to hear what the holdup was and was put through to the manager on extension 327 , which is not avail and whose mail box is no longer accepting anything so the call ends. I phone again and this time ask the teller (anele) to give the phone to the manager directly since the extension does not work, i get put through to the manager and the call just drops.. Finally after 1H30min the driver arrives with our order, which was one pizza missing and tells me to phone the office since that is all that he received for delivery. Now having worked for Debonairs in the past i know you need to check your order before you leave the store to avoid situations like this, i guess he didn't bother since there was at least 2 more orders in his bag. So i phone again and low and behold extension 327 is not available. I get in my car and drive to the store ( 7mins away) and ask to see the manager. After explaining the situation i get a sms from the people at home telling me that the food is cold , which i show to the manager who tells me that the hot or not deal is no longer being promoted, since when! So there i was waiting for the missing pizza that was miraculously produced in 7 mins and i get a free 2lt coke. But hey i guess their quality promise isnt worth the paper it is printed on when i received my order and since i paid online i can kiss any hope of withholding payment goodbye. I have never taken them up on the hot or not deal before when there was atleast 3 instances where i could have, but i understand business and it felt wrong to do so, but i will not let it slip like this again. Seriously disgusted with the manner in which this was handled, i feel ****** and wont be supporting this store again. Order number 113 Debonairs Brackenfell 2017/08/08
