Late and cold pizza delivery of Deborah's zeevenvacht

We ordered 2 pizza from debonairs zevenvacht mall and the pizza had to be delivered at18h00 and we had family that flying to Joburg, they left at 1 8h30 without supper and still no pizza at that time. I called the zevenvacht debonairs branch and the manager on duty said his driver left at 17h30 with our order. At the time 18h50 the driver rock up without any explanation and I asked him why is he late he just said something with his hands in the air. The pizza was cold and I told the manager on duty as well and at tht time we had Loadshedding aswell, so how could we warm our food tht was almost a hour late, that is unacceptable..
