LATE AND COLD

I ordered a pizza and was promised delivery in 35-40 minutes. I called back an hour later and was told to wait it should arrive in a few minutes. I called 20 minutes later and was told they wrote down the wrong address then was told to wait another 35-40 minutes. How in the world is that even a consideration on their part???????? When the pizza finally arrived it was cold and they still expected me to pay full price!!! Worst service ever. No compensation no apologies nothing!!!
