Lame Customer Services

I do not understand why do we need to do an online order when every single time I come to collect I need to wait for 5minutes which practically becomes half an hour. Everytime single time when I order this happens, it is unacceptable and so unprofessional. They started my order when I came there, why was it no ready cause I ordered 30 minutes prior of arrival
