Lack of sympathy and poor telephone etiquette

I just tried ordering a pizza from Debonairs South Gate, I spoke to a very rude lady, I gave her my address to confirm the order and she kept telling bme she can't take my order if I do not know my village name..I told her I do not know it but gave her my unit number and further told her that the securities at the gate will direct her to me provided she gives them my unit number as I recently moved in..I am disgusted because I told her nicely that I do not know it but what she did was to hang up while I was still in the process of looking for it.

If this is how you treat people then I'll have to consider buying food at another place. # disgusted
