Lack of service to deliver my vouchers to me

I had previously laid a complaint about the Debonair 's in Grahammstown. The issue was resolved. But i was called by the customer care service or the head office and told that i would receive vouchers for this situation that had occurred. It has been 3 months and i am still waiting for the vouchers that i have been promised. I would like to know with immediate effect what is going on and how this will be resolved. I expect a response as soon as possible.
