Lack of service

I ordered a pizza today and waited for over an hour. When i called to follow up in it i was told that there is no order that was placed for but i clearly called the call centre and placed an order and i have the call recording and call times and call duration. When i called now to complain at the hillcrest branch i was told i need to wait another 40mins for my pizza no one wants to take accountability they just blaming the call centre and the call centre is blaming the store
