Lack of Service

<p>I have never experienced such pathetic service previously. After numerous attempts of trying to contact the store (line busy) I was forced to register and place an order online. I placed the order but this was unsuccessful as it appeared 'the store couldn't be contacted'. The website suggested that the store be contacted directly. I did this and the line just rang. I literally work under 2kms from the store so I decided to drive there. The store was empty and after 5 minutes someone came to take my order. When I raised the issue of not being able to order online, I was told that they are offline. The corporate menu option was an online order but due to the ridiculous excuses I was unable to place the order that I wanted to in the first place. The manager seemed extremely unhelpful, offered no solution and didn't bother. The patron who placed an order after me, was seated but not assisted at all! What really bothered me is when two other gentleman came to order nobody was at the till. A cook who was in the back screamed to say someone will help shortly and then he came to assist with flour covered hands!!!! Seriously, is this the levels of hygiene maintained at all Debonairs????? I am hugely disgusted!! Needless to say, I would definitely discourage any further orders from this branch in future.</p>
