Lack of service

I placed an order at 21:10 online for delivery from your westage mall branch in Mitchells plain. At 10:00 i received a call asking if i could pay cash as the drivers are very busy with the card machines. I advised i could not and the lady said well then my order will be delivered at 11pm and asked if i was sure i would wait. I advised her i have no choice as its going to be my supper and i dont have anything else. She assured me it will be delivered. No delivery was made and no phonecall to say they were not delivering. Because of this i am now going to bed hungry. Very disgusted in the lack of service. Order no 997753
