Lack of empathy

I am so disgusted with what happened at Debonairs Tokai with me earlier this month.We purchased a crammed - crust pizza and discovered a piece of plastic inside the crust. How is that even possible if you need to check the quality of your food before preparing it for your customer. What upsets me the most is that it took a week to refund us and then the staff was still arrogant asking why should they compensate us.They didn't even apologize for what happened. That is not even an inconvenience it is a health risk. To top it off it the slice where it was in was that of my toddlers. On the box it states nothing about possible choking hazards for possible plastic in pizza. The one lady was so rude asking why should they offer us something more for what we paid,hence us not even asking for more. We had to travel to them to take the pizza back, they did not even offer a collection.What poor services. I won't recommend any one to them.Who would have paid for the medical expenses should my child have choked on that plastic. I feel like suing them and contacting the health inspector. How many objects that does not belong in a pizza have we consume because of them without us noticing?I even took pictures and I have the slip as well. I am totally irate.
