Lack of customer respect and support

Today there was once again an item missing from the order. Phoning the store and the call center was fruitless. I could not get through to the store and the call center promised to get back to me. I am still waiting. Then I tried to email them, but got a response the message could not be delivered because the recipient's mailbox is full. The service is extremely unprofessional.
