Kromboom Branch Passing the Buck

I'm quite disappointed with the service I received from your Kromboom outlet.<br> <br> On the 27th Feb I placed an order in store and asked if it could be delivered to me in Hatton Estate (Khalfe Road) as the store was quite busy and I would have to wait an hour for my pizzas to be done. The cashier then asked the driver if he knew the area/road (Which he did not) and then she told me that my area falls out of their delivery area and I should order from the Athlone branch if I need delivery.<br> <br> Today, I placed an order through the Debonairs website and I found that Hatton Estate is in fact in the delivery zone for the Kromboom branch and it's not even listed under the delivery zone for the Athlone branch. <br> <br> I placed my order and a few minutes later received a phone call from the Kromboom branch telling me that I'm once again out of the delivery zone and they won't be able to process my order because they don't know the area.<br> <br> This is really disappointing and not the type of service I'd expect from a big brand. Especially since it clearly states on the website \Delivery must occur within 5KM radius of the restaurant ordered from.". Hatton Estate is 2.8KM away from the Kromboom branch."""
